This class will both benefit and lengthen the muscles in the body and then invite you to melt into a guided meditative state to rejuvenate and heal the entire central nervous system.

This class will help you get your week started on the right track! This gentle class will use a combination of yoga asanas and other stretches and movements to loosen, lengthen and strengthen your body!
This class also incorporates breath work and mindfulness to help you feel calm and mentally prepared for your week ahead and anything that life throws at you!
